No in-person services Sunday, Dec 27

We invite you to join us online at 10 am on Sunday, Dec 27. Regularly scheduled 9 and 11 am services will resume on January 3.

We’d love to see you at one of our services this Sunday!

We are one church that meets in two locations. Our Providence Road campus is in the South area of Charlotte while our Northeast campus is in the Northeast area of Charlotte. All of these services are inside. We ask that you please RSVP by Friday if you plan to attend one of our inside services. If you’re unable to join us in person, we offer a virtual service through Mercy Online at 10:30 am on Sundays as well!

What should I expect?

All of our in-person services will strive to abide by social distancing standards (which is why your RSVP is so important!), whether you are inside or outside. We encourage you to bring and wear your mask when unable to keep your distance from others who are not in your party. Hand sanitizer will be readily available and we will have extra masks. If attending outside, we encourage you to bring your own chair or blanket to sit on (we have extras for those who don’t have any)! Services will last around an hour and will include a time of worship, a message, and prayer.

What about masks?

Please bring your mask. If you need one, we have extras! Masks (a cloth covering that completely covers the nose and mouth) are required inside the facility. We intend to follow the recommended guidelines of our state officials, which, when applied to Mercy Church are: when you are inside our facility, please wear a face covering, and when you are outside and unable to maintain social distance from those not in your family or group, wear a face covering.

What if I have children?

Our MercyKids environments are in the process of phased reopening. For those choosing to attend the main service as a family, you can download this week’s Growing in Worship sheet (available on the kids’ page), which will help your child engage with the main service content. Learn more about all of the options and resources available to you on our MercyKids page by clicking the button below!

Where do I park?

If you’re attending an in-person service, please park at our Providence Road campus. Look for the parking attendants wearing brightly colored vests!

What if it rains?

Should inclement weather prohibit us from gathering outside, we will make a decision regarding our service and will communicate it via email as well as on our social media channels and our website, so be sure to follow Mercy Church on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter and bookmark!
