philosophy
As a church, we are committed to helping future leaders flourish in vocational gospel ministry by developing character, cultivation of competency, and discernment of calling.
Benefits
Residents will be provided with valuable ministry experience and leadership training. Participation will give Residents greater presence and responsibility in Mercy ministry. Participation will strengthen resume-building as they pursue vocational ministry. The Residency may fulfill some educational requirements for seminary.
