what is residency?
This program is for those who believe God is calling them into full-time ministry, as well as those who believe they will be involved in some form of Christian vocational work in the future. The Residency Program application is open from July – December. (Applications are not currently being accepted.) Mercy Church and Reliant staff will then prayerfully evaluate the merits of each application. Following the evaluation, the applicant will be notified whether or not they have been accepted into the Residency Program. As a church, we are thrilled to have the opportunity to train men and women for Christian ministry and view it as a great privilege and responsibility.
