GroupLink | January 31
Community groups are smaller gatherings of the people of Mercy Church, consisting of people of all ages. Groups are geographically based, organized according to where people live to help facilitate true ongoing community. Find a group at our next GroupLink which will be in-person after each service! Equip: Financial Stewardship | Feb 9
Financial Stewardship class aims to equip attendees with biblical principles to be applied to personal finance through a series of teachings and small group discussions. This will involve a 9-week class of Financial Peace University, a Christian-based course in personal finance. Learn more and sign up here! The deadline to sign up is Jan 31.
Equip: Men’s Bible Study | Feb 9
This Spring, the Men of Mercy will go through a study through the Gospel of John. The purpose of men’s studies is to walk through a book of the bible to train our men with bible tools that lead to transformation. In each lesson, there is homework, group discussion, and teaching time. The goal is to increase biblical knowledge within a deep community and a dedicated learning environment. Mercy Families Amazing Race | Feb 20
Join us Saturday, Feb 20 from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm for The Amazing Race: Mercy Families Edition! This is an interactive, engaging, mission-minded, family-friendly event – open to all families of all ages! “Race” around town, following clues and working together as a family. We can’t wait to see you parents, guardians, and your toddlers, preschoolers, elementary students, middle schoolers, and high schoolers! RSVP here!
Equip: Boundaries in Marriage | Mar 1
Equip: Boundaries in Marriage exists to help couples grow in spiritual and emotional maturity through the understanding and implementation of God-honoring marital boundaries. The material will encourage spouses to take responsibility for themselves, providing couples with the tools they need to identify and break unhealthy relational patterns and flourish as a unit. This will result in strengthened marriages and more mature individuals who freely follow God’s call on their lives and wholeheartedly encourage their spouses to do the same. Parent Commissioning | Dec 6
During Parent Commissioning, we come together to celebrate the fact that you want to raise your child up in a God-centered home! On the day of this celebration, we will bring you up on stage and pray for you as a church family, commissioning you as parents and committing to come alongside you as a church family as you raise your child to know and love Jesus! Starting Point | January 10
Starting Point is a great first step to connect with the life and family of Mercy Church. It is a 30-min informational session that will resource you with the basics of who we are as a church, how we seek to follow Jesus in our daily lives, as well as give you information about how to get involved with serving and community. If you are interested in becoming a Community Group leader, join us after service for a 30 min informational session about our vision for Community Groups and what it means to be a group leader! If you are ready to apply to be a leader in addition to coming to the interest meeting you can fill out a leader application here! Mom to Mom | October 29
If you’re a mom looking to connect with other moms at Mercy Church, bring your kids and let them play together on the Providence Road playground while you hang out with other moms! This is a drop-in event, so if you can stay for 20 minutes or 2 hours, it’s up to you and your schedule! Each drop-in event will be on Thursdays from 3-5 pm. No RSVP required!

We offer quarterly classes and forums to provide practical training for gospel living. Past Equip topics include How to Share the Gospel, How to Read the Bible, Lunch & Learn, God & Politics, and more! Membership Class | December 6
If you’re interested in becoming a covenant member and have attended Starting Point, Membership Class is your next step! This class will be inside at our Providence Road campus. Student Gatherings | Thursdays

Baptism is an outward expression of the inward reality that you have been buried with Christ and raised to walk in the new life he gives you. Being baptized shows others that you’ve decided to follow Jesus, and allows them to celebrate this decision with you. If you feel that the Lord is calling you to this step of obedience, we encourage you to sign up here.

Short Term Missions
We want to see a gospel awakening in the city of Charlotte that reaches the ends of the earth, and that means going to the ends of the earth with the gospel! Take a step into international missions by going on a short term trip. We have partners all over the world, and we want to send you.
