Campus Director/Pastor – Northeast
Mercy Church exists to make disciples who love God, love each other, and love our world. Under the direction of the Elders, while reporting to the Pastor of Campuses, the Campus Director/Pastor will be the primary leader at his local congregation. His responsibilities will be to provide vision, leadership, and care for the local congregation. He works through staff and volunteer teams to make disciples who love God, love each other, and love our world.

Associate Campus Director/Pastor – Union County
Mercy Church exists to make disciples who love God, love each other, and love our world. Under the direction of the Elders, and under the oversight of the Pastor of Campuses, the Associate Campus Director will be the secondary leader of the Mercy Union County campus. This includes leading, under the direction of the Campus Pastor, the congregation at this location to carry out the church’s vision, mission, and values. He works through staff and volunteer teams to make disciples who love God, love each other, and love our world.

Women’s Ministry Director
Mercy Church exists to make disciples who love God, love each other, and love our world. Under the oversight of the Pastor of Discipleship (PD), the Women’s Ministry Director (WMD) will oversee the Women’s Ministry of Mercy. This role is designed to provide leadership and structure to the Women’s Ministry, empower women to take their next steps in following Jesus and equip them to live on mission.

Worship Leader – Union County
Mercy Church exists to make disciples who love God, love each other, and love our world. The Campus Worship Leader (CWL), under the direction of the Mercy Union County Campus Pastor (CP) and the Worship Director (WD), will lead worship and the worship ministry at Mercy Union County.

RESIDENCY PROGRAM
Discerning a call to full-time ministry?
The goal of the Residency is to equip every individual to be effective in gospel ministry. Two-year Residencies are preferred but can range from 12-36 months in length at Mercy. Residents will serve in different ministry areas, but will also have broad theological, leadership, and ministry training. We will build each curriculum around the candidate to help them achieve their ministry goals. With that in mind, Residents will receive training that is specified to their ministry area of focus.
