Community Life Pastor
The Community Life Pastor will be the primary ministry leader who oversees several of Mercy’s central discipleship ministries. This includes leading both the actual ministries and the individuals responsible for the ministry areas that fit into the “discipleship leg” of Mercy’s structure to carry out the Church’s vision, mission, and values. The Campus Pastor will be the primary leader of his local congregation. Under the direction of the Elders, the Lead Team, and his supervisor, his responsibilities will be to provide vision, leadership, and care for the local congregation. Campus Worship Leader
The Campus Worship Leader helps Mercy accomplish its mission by ensuring that Mercy is making disciples who are worshippers of God both during worship services and throughout the rhythms of their regular lives. MercyKids Campus Coordinator
The MercyKids Campus Coordinator will help Mercy accomplish its mission by partnering with families with children (from birth-5th grade) who attend Mercy to raise the next generation of disciples. The Campus Coordinator will be a key leader who anticipates and solves problems proactively to ensure that Mercy maintains a safe environment for children. Mercy Residency Program
The goal of the Residency is to equip every individual to be effective in gospel ministry. Two-year Residencies are preferred but can range from 12-36 months in length at Mercy. Residents will serve in different ministry areas, but will also have broad theological, leadership, and ministry training. We will build each curriculum around the candidate to help them achieve their ministry goals. With that in mind, Residents will receive training that is specified to their ministry area of focus.
Campus Pastor – Mercy Providence Rd (MPR)
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing everyday details that will facilitate your supervisors’ leadership of the direction of, and vision for, Mercy Church. Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing calendar management, executive department budget management, logistics for meetings, and research assistance.
MercyKids Campus Coordinator
The MercyKids Campus Coordinator, alongside our MercyKids Director, will partner with families to raise the next generation of disciples who love God, love others, and love our world. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all aspects of our kids and families weekend experience at our Providence Road Campus. You will assist in the oversight of ministry team member recruitment, assimilation, care, and development, and assist with office tasks which include curriculum downloading/printing/copying, Sunday attendance records, First Time Guest follow up, and shopping for supplies. This is a part-time position and you must be a covenant member of Mercy Church to be considered for this role.
Apply to be the MercyKids Campus Coordinator
The Student Pastor will be responsible for coming alongside parents to help them be the primary disciple-makers of their kids. The SP will also be responsible for developing and executing a student ministry strategy to reach students inside and outside of Mercy Church. We hope that by the end of their time in middle/high school, each student will be equipped to follow Jesus in college or the workplace boldly.
