Groups & Connections Assistant
The Groups and Connections Assistant is a highly organized, detail-oriented, team-oriented individual who is responsible for assisting the Groups and Connections Pastor by overseeing all administrative functions of those departments, including communications, planning, and promotion. This is a part time position (15-20 hrs/week) and has a flexible schedule.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing everyday details that will facilitate your supervisors’ leadership of the direction of, and vision for, Mercy Church. Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing calendar management, executive department budget management, logistics for meetings, and research assistance.
The Student Pastor will be responsible for coming alongside parents to help them be the primary disciple-makers of their kids. The SP will also be responsible for developing and executing a student ministry strategy to reach students inside and outside of Mercy Church. We hope that by the end of their time in middle/high school, each student will be equipped to follow Jesus in college or the workplace boldly.
